In the De Sniep area of Diemen, Bot Bouw of Heerhugowaard commissioned us to install 217 vibrated piles for the foundations of the first block for two apartment complexes. Phase 2 will be starting in the first quarter of 2020.

The development is made up of two buildings, blocks M & T. Block M contains 38 apartments and has 33 parking spaces. Construction for the second building, block T (64 apartments and 54 parking spaces), will start in 2020. Thanks to proper arrangements with the local authority of Diemen and the Amsterdam public transport authority, GVB, tram 19 will continue to operate during construction.

Central location

De Sniep is an attractive new development on the south side of Diemen, close to the Diemerbos and the A1. Amsterdam city centre is around 25 minutes away by bicycle or public transport. None of the apartments in the project will be in any way reliant on gas. The apartments vary in size from 50 m² to 115 m², with an average floor space of 82 m². Due to the central location and the wide variety of housing, the dwellings are suitable for several target groups. The ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund, the housing fund of a.s.r. real estate, will become the owner of 102 apartments and 87 parking spaces.  The apartments are expected to be completed and ready for handover from the start of 2021.
