Vermeer HL1800

The Vermeer HL1800 mini pile driver needs free clearance of at least 1.12 m. This ‘mini’ rig is used for installing driven and drilled segmented piles, timber piles with pile caps and small concrete screw piles.

Mini pile drivers have been specially developed to produce piles for pile systems used in renovation work, extensions and foundation repair work in which working space is restricted or difficult to access. For instance internal work, work under bridges and viaducts, in back gardens etc.

The ‘mini’ rigs have automatic driving systems and can (in theory) work with any length of pile, as they can install foundation piles in sections.
