Vroom Funderingstechnieken has successfully completed its annual Training Days for 2024.
Held on January 8 and 9, this event not only marks the start of a new year but also the company’s ongoing commitment to the development of its employees.
General Manager Peter Vroom opened the training days with a heartwarming New Year’s greeting and emphasized the importance of striving for excellence together. “Our success lies in the hands of our well-trained employees,” he said, “and these training days are crucial to maintain our level of knowledge.”
Over two days, the construction site and office employees participated in a series of training, workshops, and lectures. These included, among others, BHV, Brain Based Safety, Chat GPT, Driver Training, Rigging, KAM, Line of Fire, LinkedIn, NEN 9140, PPE, Clean and Emission-free Construction (SEB) and TCVT. These programs are designed to enhance both the technical skills and safety awareness of the staff.

An important aspect of the training days was also the emphasis on collective and social gathering. Employees, who often work at various locations, came together to exchange knowledge and experiences. The joint lunches provided an excellent opportunity for team building and strengthening the company culture.
The conclusion of the event was a moment of celebration, where a toast was made to the new year and the continuation of the fruitful cooperation with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
