Production Techniques

  • Screwing with and without grout
  • Screw injection

Screwing without Grout

  • The pipe piles are equipped with a special base (screw point).
  • The required working height is a minimum of 2.50 meters.
  • The pipe segments are welded together using a bell or ring with a fillet weld. The screw-in depth depends on soil conditions.
  • Screwing with grout

Grout injection is sprayed around the pipe through an opening in the screw point via a feed pipe. This facilitates the insertion of the pipe pile to the required depth and increases its load-bearing capacity.

Screw Injection Piles

In the manufacture of screw injection piles, a grout body is formed with the existing soil the size of the screw point.

B500B quality. Dimensioning based on load data by the engineer.

Load Capacity

The geomechanical load capacity according to Eurocode 7 (NEN 6743) depends on the use of grout.

In accordance with the type of soil-displacing pile.
