10 ‘smart’ dwellings, Parklinde development

10 dwellings 51 piles

We are producing concrete screw piles for both the houses and the storage areas for 10 new ‘smart’ dwellings in Heiloo.

Concrete screw piles were developed for projects on sandy ground and can also be used in other, specific ground conditions. They do not displace soil and can be produced at a rapid rate. Production is vibration-free and low in noise. Interested to see how we do this? Then see here for our 3D animation.

Residential area in development

As these detached dwellings are situated back-to-back as it were, the surface area on which they stand is used efficiently. The houses in question are in a block of 10 dwellings, each with a front garden. Together with the 4 ‘farmhouse’ dwellings, the ‘smart’ dwellings form a sort of courtyard. Peacefully situated in the neighbourhood. The storage areas are situated separately, to the west of the residential block.

The ‘smart’ dwellings are 6 metres wide and have two storeys. They will have floor space of around 68 m2 and are centrally located in the neighbourhood, adjacent to the green area. They have a balanced colour scheme with, for instance door and window frames in shades of grey playfully interspersed with white highlights and anthracite roof tiles.  Perfectly suited to the other residential types in Parklinde.

Zuiderloo is a new residential area that is being developed on the southern fringes of Heiloo. Zuiderloo is growing to become a spacious new-build area with a varied street scape. It is destined to become a child-friendly, sustainable, green area, very much in the vicinity of the beach and dunes. The ‘smart’ dwelling is a unique and affordable residential concept devised for starters on the property ladder by Timpaan.
