Under the authority of HSB Bouw, we have applied the DPA foundation piles for 30 homes and 14 apartments in Amsterdam. The plan has been developed by HSB Bouw itself and designed by Boparai from Oostzaan. The piles will be directly finished off at height so that following our activities, the foundation will be realized.
Scheepvaartkwartier is situated in Amsterdam-West and is part of large-scale city renewal development project. Construction part B is located to the south of the to-be-dug Nieuwe Osdorpergracht.
The streets in this area will have a simple symmetric composition with the parking lots organized next to the pavement edge. Around the construction parts, a so-called semi-private strip will be realized for the resident to place pots, plants and benches on.
