The 22 homes are part of 2 blocks. All homes in Molenbuurt will be built in one stage. Given the location in the centre of Wormer, we have decided about the ideal route for the delivery of our rig and other machinery before the start of the construction process.
DPA piles
After the DPA piles have been produced, they have to harden out for 5 days before we perform a continuity test (quality check). Subsequently, HSB Bouw will directly continue the realization of the foundation. Given the short construction period, we did not wait to perform the continuity test until all piles had been produced. Right after the first block was finished, those piles have been checked so that HSB could start the activities.
