Underneath the four towers, more than 400 DPA piles will be applied. In addition, 8 piles will be inserted for two huge tower cranes that will be used during the construction process.
Target audience
The construction of the 235 apartments on Churchilllaan will be for the private sector for young starters on the housing market. Following the completion of this part of the plan, 1 until 3 of the Kanaleneiland area development project, this project will be the final stage of the construction activities in the city center of Utrecht to Papendorp. Completion is expected for 2018.
