In Zaandam’s city center, near the Zaan river, the foundation has been laid for three buildings housing 21, 6 and 7 apartments. As the buildings will be built next to the old Zaandam homes, DPA piles are the best option for this location.
The piles will be applied by Vroom under the authority of a company named Floors, founded by three friends. The three buildings will be realized right next to each other so that all 125 piles measuring until 20 m can be applied simultaneously.

Because of the soil in Zaandam, a layer of mixed granules has been applied to make sure that the bearing capacity for the foundation rig is sufficient.
