The construction project includes seven residential blocks with one-third of it for subsidized homes for rent and two-third will be homes for sale. Bosleeuw has been developed in the 30’s and doesn’t have a monument status, however, it is of big cultural historic value. Therefore, the decision has been made to renovate a fair part of the neighbourhood whereas only a small part will be rebuilt.

The Bosleeuw Midden neighbourhood in Bos en Lommer in Amsterdam will be renovated and renewed. On Hofwijckstraat and Leeuwendalerstraat, Vroom will take care of the insertion of low-vibration DPA piles that will be the foundation for 64 homes.
