It’s the middle of a searing summer, but at this project site we continue to work with admiration for our people; remember, with temperatures like the ones we’ve had it sometimes really is a thankless task.
This new logistics development in Alblasserdam is in direct communication with the BCTN-terminal and the A15, and is close to the Port of Rotterdam. Building on the 9-hectare plot will be carried out in two phases. In phase I, warehousing of c. 32,000 m² is being developed, along with office space of c. 3,200 m² and an entrance yard of c. 11,500 m². The total surface area of the plot is around 6.6 hectares. Work will start on phase II in mid-2023.
Paper and plastic recycling
Peute Recycling BV and Dudok Real Estate have agreed a long-term lease for the new-build development. Peute Group will move into this new-build site in Alblasserdam in mid-2023.
Peute Group is an internationally-operating business that focuses on the recycling of paper and plastics. The company was established in 1960 and, over the past 60 years, has evolved from a small-scale, local player into one of the biggest independent paper and plastics processors in the world. Dudok Real Estate concentrates on the creation, extension and redevelopment of logistics sites. It is close to the Port of Rotterdam and is in direct communication with the BCTN-terminal.
