The building has been designed as an accommodation for the whole neighbourhood. The transparent entrance on the corner of Scheltuslaan is welcoming to people passing by and shows what’s happening inside. DPA piles are being inserted on a low-vibration level until a depth of 17 m.

Vink Bouw Nieuwkoop is currently realizing the new building for elementary school De Dijsselbloem, designed by BDG Architecten. The school comes with a day care facility and a combined gym area with facilities for gymnastics.
