Right next to the Aalsmeerderbaan, start and landing strip on Schiphol Airport, the Groenenbergerterrein is situated on a perfect location for a distribution center. For the hall that will ultimately measure 30,000 m2, we will apply more than floor piles.
The park will measure a total surface of 100,000 m2 in the future. Designed by MIES Architectuur, the building will be awarded with the Breeam Very Good sustainability certificate.
The piles will be applied on a nail bed on this location. On top of the piles, our client will construct a super-flat company floor.
