Behind the Koning Willem Alexander Boulevard in Maassluis, on the banks of the Nieuwe Waterweg, is a new development of unique ‘courtyard’ and ‘avenue’ residences. These dwellings come in a number of small blocks, each with its own look and composition. Vroom installed 156 vibrated piles, forming the foundations for 23 dwellings.

New-build site Het Balkon van Maassluis was developed by the BPD development consortium in conjunction with the local authority. The unique location of the development, on the Nieuwe Waterweg, makes Het Balkon an ideal place to live or to spend time. The neighbourhood is being built in four stages, resulting in over eight hundred dwellings. A varied selection of rental and owner-occupied properties in a range of price levels, offering both high-rise and low-rise buildings, will appeal to a wide cross-section of the public.
