Future
In the future, the homes can be rebuilt as apartments. On the courtyard, there is room for parking lots for residents and visitors.
Foundation
The homes require stable foundation elements. For this purpose, Vroom is applying 127 piles measuring a total length of 2,6 km. As we are drilling these piles, the homes next to the building site will not be bothered by the piling process.
