Vroom is working on the entire foundations on behalf of Hecon Bouwgroep. The basis is formed by vibrated piles, topped with pre-fab foundations and walls to provide stability. Together with Hecon, Vroom has worked on a speedy and reliable foundation system that can now be used for their non-residential projects.
Foundations
The individual foundation members have various strengthening features. For instance, 97 anchor assemblies, to which the steel structure is to be linked, were cast ex-works, plus re-bar safety end caps for fitting to the floor, recesses for the building services and installations, and filling up for the columns and more besides.
