The realization takes place in-situ. Following the delivery of the materials, the process only requires reinforcement and concrete. This is being done with, among other machinery, Vroom’s tallest rig: the Hitachi 1100.

In Rotterdam-Pernis, Vroom is applying the foundation piles for a recovery plant. This happens amidst the current plant. Displacing vibro piles are being applied so that only a few materials have to be transported on the construction site.
