417 vibro piles88 DPA piles

On the edge of the Amsterdam Kolenkit neighborhood, one open site is left. From developer’s combination SBB-De Nijs, Vroom has received the assignment in order to carry out the foundation activities for the residential buildings.

The complete plan includes the construction of five buildings that will be founded on almost 500 vibro piles spanning a total length of more than 10 km.

Site

The site is on Jan van Schaffelaarplantsoen in Amsterdam West which is the last open site between Bos en Lommerweg and the A10 beltway. The five buildings will house 250 homes (6 studios, 118 two-room apartments and 126 three-room apartments) 590 m2 for commercial spaces and 212 indoor parking lots in the parking garage in the basement.
