Tudorpark dwellings

51 dwellings 98 piles

We are driving pre-cast piles and assembling pre-cast foundation beams for the Tudorpark project, 26 dwellings in Hoofddorp.

Vroom Funderingstechnieken started driving wooden piles, in 1962, but soon expanded its services to driving pre-cast concrete piles and, at a later date, drilled and screw piles in various forms were also added to the range. We issue advice on the possible applications of the various pile systems.

The powerful combination of pile driving and the assembly of pre-cast concrete foundation elements is really taking off and demand from clients is on the rise. Building with pre-cast foundation elements benefits efficiency in general, speed of construction and consistent quality of the end product. The pre-cast foundation beams are designed by Vroom, produced and assembled with a KOMO-KIWA product test certificate. Pre-cast foundation beams ensure rapid construction.

Unique English 'Tudor revival' building style

What makes this new-build project extra-special is the characteristic English 'Tudor revival' building style. What makes this so recognisable are the steeply-pitched roofs with flat roof tiles, paned windows and striking chimneys. All of the dwellings have been built with an eye for detail. This distinctive architectural style can also be seen in the surrounding landscape. A winding ribbon of greenery and water runs like a vein through Tudorpark, making it anything but an everyday new-build estate.
