Van Leeuwenhoekkwartier

496 Piles184 Apartments

In the ‘Spoorzone’ near the main station in Delft, construction work has started on the Guldenwater project. Ballast Nedam West is building 184 apartments in the Van Leeuwenhoekkwartier. Two of our biggest machines are in use to install nearly 500 piles. A noise-reducing jacket is being used to minimise noise pollution.

The Guldenwater project comprises 5 buildings, each with its own signature. The architecture in the Guldenwater project, in keeping with the local style, has been designed by Moke Architecten and Faro Architecten. In a fabulous setting close to the van Leeuwenhoekpark and, at the same time, close to the centre of Delft, this is a great place to live.
