The school will have a range of practical classrooms, where students can come together and learn about different work areas. The modern building encourages networking. The core values of the design include light, safety, transparency, colour and character, on a small scale. The emphasis will be on working and gaining experience in various trades. The central open space forms the heart of the school. The building has been designed by LIAG Architecten en Bouwadviseurs.
VMBO college new build

Bouwbedrijf Huurman-Leiden ordered DPA piles from us for the construction of a new VMBO college. Our ‘heavyweight’, the HSCX700GLS, will be installing 22m-long piles. At the current Boerhaavelaan site a new, sustainable building will be erected, accommodating around 550 creative students.
