At KBF Dock Amsterdam, we are installing 321 HEK combination screw piles with grout injection. Thanks to thorough preparation, smart logistics and close cooperation with our partners, we are delivering a vibration-free, low-noise foundation for this ambitious area in transformation.

For the new-build premises of Acdapha Groep at Breekland, Vroom is delivering a strong foundation using low-vibration vibro piles, type HBF. With safe working methods, reliable planning and proven craftsmanship, we are laying the foundation for sustainable and future-proof business accommodation.

For the new-build project De Dwingel, Vroom is delivering a carefully coordinated foundation solution. Thanks to a stable working platform, specialist piling works and integrated collaboration within the Vroom group, an efficient and reliable foundation base is achieved.

For the expansion of the production location of Koninklijke Vezet, we are installing vibro piles, type HBF, with five piling rigs. Thanks to this fast and efficient foundation method, we contribute to a smooth build and to the future growth of Vezet.

For the Velo residential building with indoor bicycle parking, we produced HEK screw piles with grout injection. Vibration-free, low-noise and sustainably founded, perfectly suited for this inner-city location with complex project conditions.

On Stephensonstraat in Haarlem, a modern residential and retail complex is being built with 96 energy-efficient apartments. For the foundation, vibration-free DPA screw piles were chosen, providing a stable and durable base without causing disturbance to the surroundings.

A strong foundation for a wooden icon on Centrumeiland IJburg. With a solid base, the building forms an innovative and environmentally friendly platform for future-oriented timber construction, with minimal impact on the surroundings.

For Boon & Breg we are constructing a robust foundation using precast driven piles and vibro-SD piles. These smart piling solutions provide flexibility, efficiency and a solid floor structure for their new production hall.

For the redevelopment of Schalkwijk Centrum, we produced HEK screw piles with grout injection. This low-noise and vibration-free foundation method is ideally suited to this urban transformation into a vibrant residential and working area. The client for this project is affiliated with Bewuste Bouwers.

Vroom Funderingstechnieken is manufacturing the vibro piles, type HBF, for the expansion of cooperative Harvest House Rainbow Kleinpak. Thanks to the use of two foundation machines, we ensure a smooth construction process without delays.

For the “The Dock” project in the new Aan het IJ district, we are constructing foundations using DPA-combi screw piles. Through close collaboration with all stakeholders, we succeed in meeting the strict inner-city requirements set for this work.

The construction of Beach pavilion Reuring on Hoorn's city beach has started with the driving of a pile. This contemporary pavilion, inspired by culturally historic wooden dike warehouses, offers a stunning view of the city center and the open water.

In Nootdorp, we manufacture vibro piles for the foundation of Fugro's new headquarters, a beautiful and challenging project that meets all sustainability requirements for now and the future.

For the expansion of Schilder Vis in Enkhuizen, the new foundation is being installed using 50 Hollow Precast Screw Piles.

In recent years, there has been significant expansion at Kwadijkerpark: the healthcare institution is undertaking considerable new construction. This time, three new buildings are being positioned on Flevostraat and at Noordpunt. Time for us to drive 640 piles into the ground.

In Alkmaar's Boekelermeer area, we are installing the DPA screw piles for the foundation of the new premises of MCA Metaalconstructie.

We are making the foundations for the new business premises and office for TMA Logistics in the Western Docks area of Amsterdam, using HBF-type vibrated SD piles.

In Schagen, we are laying the foundations for lock-up garage units on behalf of PNO Projectontwikkeling. The project is in construction phase II, bringing the total number of lock-up garage units on this site to 102.

This year saw the creation of the foundations for an extension to Lely Innovations in Maassluis: vibrated piles and, on top of those, pre-cast foundation beams. Together, they will bear the weight of the new buildings for the Innovations team.

We are making the foundations for the new-build development of 368 apartments on the Weverstede in Nieuwegein with DPA-PLUS screw piles.

On Baanstee Noord industrial estate in Purmerend we have made vibrated piles for foundations of a new EG Retail amenities point.

3,000 vibrated SD piles are being installed for a production hall and two canopies, part of a newbuild project for De Eekhoorn in Zwaagdijk.

Immediately adjacent to the Kaagbaan runway at Schiphol Airport, under the strict supervision of air traffic control, we are making around 1500 piles for the vibrated-pile foundations of Cargo hall 17.

Outside Van der Valk in Houten we are making the foundations for an extension to the hotel. For this project we are using the HEK screw pile system.

In Duiven we are making vibrated SD piles for the foundations of new premises for Brilliant Groep.

Vroom Foundation Technology is making vibrated-pile foundations for Stolze's new business premises, situated on the Honderdland in Maasdijk.

At the end of the summer of 2020, we started converting an existing production hall on the Koolhovenlaan in Schiphol-Rijk to a data centre.

On Van der Madeweg, at the Overamstel business park in Amsterdam, we are making Vibro-combi piles for the new DPG Media office building. Among other things, DPG Media is familiar from the AD, de Volkskrant, Trouw and het Parool newspapers, news website Nu.nl and Q-Music.

Koninklijke Saan currently has its head office and secondary business premises on the Weesperstraat in Diemen. The main offices were built more than forty years ago. The company's buildings are due for a thorough refurbishment. Moreover, the fact that operations are split between two sites is beginning to be problematic and the current location, in the immediate vicinity of residential areas, is not ideal.

The Lely Industries company is expanding substantially. This process involves building new offices and a production hall. The extension of the premises is on the site where the former production halls, dating back to the 1960s, once stood. The surface area covered is 33,000 square metres in total. 8,000 square metres of this will be devoted to office space.

On the Buitenroede in Avenhorn a children's’ centre will be opening in 2021, accommodating the Jozefschool, Overhaal and De Ieveling primary schools. It will also be home to the Berend Botje crèche. On 6 April, we drove the first of a total of 236 piles that will be used for the foundations.
