We can take care of the delivery of products. If you have already purchased components or are bound by contracts, combinations are also possible. In such cases, we can supply and mount a part and only mount the rest.
The tasks vary per product. Below, we list the core tasks, with the possibility of expanding the scope of work as needed.
Assembly of Prefab Foundation Beams, Piers, and Lift Pits on Piles
- Drilling and gluing the dowel or threaded rod for the pile-beam connection
- Raising the foundation piles to the bottom of the foundation (up-pouring)
- Grouting the foundation beams onto the pile heads with grout
- Mounting the foundation on the piles including the crane
- Casting the dowel connections (final mounting) with grout

- Mounting the foundation including the mobile crane or crawler crane
- Casting the dowel connections (final mounting) with grout
Assembly of Prefab Storage Floors on Piles
- Drilling and gluing the dowel or threaded rod for the pile-beam connection
- Raising the piles to the bottom of the storage floor (up-pouring)
- Grouting the storage floors onto the pile heads with grout
- Mounting the prefab storage floors on the piles including the crane
- Casting the dowel connections (final mounting) with grout
Assembly of Prefab Storage Floors on Steel
- Mounting the prefab storage floors including the mobile crane or crawler crane
Assembly of Prefab Ribbed Floors and Hollow Core Slabs
- Mounting the prefab ribbed floors on the foundation including the crane
- Mounting the EPS infill strips (if applicable)
- Sealing the head joints and EPS infill strips
- Pouring the slab joints including the supply of concrete
- Mounting the edge rebar (if applicable)
- Vibrating the slab joints (if required)
Assembly of Prefab Basements
- Mounting the threaded rods in the factory-installed DEMU’s
- Setting the heights of the lower bolt connections
- Mounting the steel connections to the basement units
- Mounting the prefab basements including the crane
- Mounting the upper bolt connections
- Embedding the connections with grout (if necessary)
- Mounting the concrete cover plates (if applicable)
