Your responsibilities
At Vroom Betonbouw, our headquarters in Oosthuizen, you will work as a specialist in prefab foundation constructions and pile systems. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a smooth construction process with prefabricated elements.
Based on designs from the main structural engineer, architect, and installer, you will create 3D foundation drawings using BIM software. Once the shape is approved, the reinforcement in the elements is modeled based on structural calculations, resulting in production-level pieces. This process takes into account an optimal design between the pile work and the prefab foundation elements.
The prefab elements mainly consist of prefab foundation beams, cellars, pits, plinths, storage floors, walls, and ground floors. Combinations are also made with cast-in-place foundation constructions. The whole is summarized in the BIM model.

Who are you?
- At least a completed MBO education;
- Knowledge of Tekla is a plus, otherwise you are willing to take a course;
- Knowledge of strength calculations is a plus;
- Proven work experience, preferably in the construction sector;
- Technical and practical insight;
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and good at setting priorities.
