Your duties
As a mobile equipment mechanic at Materieelbeheer Vroom, you will independently carry out small or large repairs primarily on shovels, mini excavators, crawler concrete pumps, and concrete mixers. You will work independently at the location in Middelie with your own warehouse, where you are responsible for maintaining and ordering parts in consultation with the project leader. Many malfunctions are mechanical and hydraulic, but in this challenge, you can also search for and of course solve electrical malfunctions. Additionally, inspecting and certifying this equipment is also part of your job.
Who are you?
You are an independent all-round mechanic with a B driver’s license, living in North Holland, and you are adept at working on both rolling and stationary equipment. You also have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a mechanic for earth-moving machines and equipment;
- A diploma in mobile equipment mechanics at MBO level 2;
- Experience in maintenance of earth-moving machines and construction equipment;
- Experience in hydraulic and/or electronic systems is a plus.
