Your responsibilities
- Financial reporting: responsible for preparing the monthly financial reports (consolidated). These reports, both external and internal, provide insight into the financial health of the company and its subsidiaries and are used for decision-making.
- Cost analysis: conducting detailed cost analyses to assess the efficiency of foundation projects and identify potential cost savings. This includes analysing costs of materials, labour, equipment, and other expenses.
- Cash flow management: managing cash flow and ensuring sufficient financial resources to cover ongoing expenses. This includes preparing forecasts and taking measures to prevent liquidity issues.
- Internal control: developing and implementing internal control procedures to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and that adequate controls are in place to prevent fraud and misuse.
- Tax management: ensuring that the company complies with all tax obligations.
- Collaboration: close cooperation with other departments within the company to ensure that financial objectives are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Risk management: identifying financial risks that may affect foundation projects and developing strategies to manage or mitigate these risks.

Who are you?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a financial controller, preferably within the construction sector.
- You have thorough knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
- You possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- You have experience in preparing and analysing financial reports.
- You are familiar with sustainability reporting and the associated standards and guidelines.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
