Do you want to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multidisciplinary foundation projects from client request through to completion? Then we would be pleased to meet you.
Your role
As a project manager at Vroom Funderingstechnieken, you lead projects with a multidisciplinary character from the initial client contact through to completion. You hold ultimate responsibility for the project results in terms of schedule, budget, quality, safety and client satisfaction. You liaise actively with clients, internal stakeholders and external partners and steer the execution at a high level.
You ensure a clear project structure and communication, prepare project plans, monitor progress and intervene where necessary. You oversee the entire chain and deploy the right disciplines at the right time. In doing so, you provide functional leadership to project teams and continually safeguard the coherence between engineering, logistics, finance and execution.
You are a robust discussion partner for clients, subcontractors and colleagues at both strategic and tactical level.
Your profile
- higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in civil engineering, construction or comparable (HBO+ or academic level is an advantage);
- experience as a project manager within construction, civil engineering, foundation engineering or a comparable managerial role within a production or technical environment is an advantage;
- proven experience with complex and multidisciplinary projects;
- proactive, decisive and results-oriented with a keen eye for quality and safety;
- strong organisational, communication and leadership skills;
- good command of the Dutch language and preferably also English;
- experience with contract management and project control is an advantage.
