Once the pre-cast piles had been driven for the deep foundations, in spring, the pre-cast concrete installation could start: the foundation beams and lay-down areas were precisely positioned on top of the piles and securely anchored. When pre-cast foundation elements are installed we use T-beams for the tunnel formwork. It just took one day to position the pre-cast foundation elements.
During the production of the pre-cast foundation elements at our facility we also made sure that there was space for piping and ducts for mains water, waste water and electricity. This means that the contractor can get straight on with the next phase of construction.
Everything precisely measured, coordinated and planned, without any time being lost. In other words, highly efficient and cost-effective. That is the potent combination of Vroom Funderingstechnieken and Vroom Betonbouw.
Hoef en Haag plan
We worked on this sub-project at the same time as the sub-project for 24 dwellings. Vroom has already had the opportunity to create the foundations for hundreds of dwellings for BAM Wonen Nieuwbouw Concepten in the Hoef en Haag plan.

BAM Wonen Nieuwbouw Concepten collaborative effort
BAM Wonen Nieuwbouw Concepten is a collaborative effort between various parties with the aim of jointly developing a product or service, based on the idea that a range of parties who bring complementary skills and expertise to the table work together to achieve a joint objective. The parties involved collaborate intensively throughout the process, from the design phase to completion of the project. The aim of the collaborative effort is to combine knowledge, experience and resources to create an innovative, high-quality end product. The joint effort and knowledge sharing can help reduce risks, manage costs and improve quality.
Varied range of dwellings with the atmosphere of the past
The De Erven development allows you to combine spacious living with a sense that you have access to the great outdoors. You can find dwellings here that are made from natural materials in a rural architectural style with large gardens, set in a green landscape. And yet, all the amenities of Het Dorpshart are just round the corner. The atmosphere of the past, with the comforts of the present day.
This phase of De Erven encompasses 32 dwellings, including:
- terraced houses
- ‘back-to-back’ houses
- adaptable houses allowing elderly people to stay in their own home
- town houses.
The use of different materials creates a lively streetscape with a varied, village-like character.
The houses in this phase were designed by Weusten Liedenbaum Architects. The architect took inspiration from old-style farmhouses, giving the buildings a special atmosphere, which merges traditional elements with a modern lifestyle. Almost all the dwellings in the De Erven development have a unique look, thanks to the combination of robust wooden beams, shutters and bricks in various shades.
