Quick and careful foundation work in Den Ilp

Vroom Funderingstechnieken began the foundation work for a house in Den Ilp within five weeks, using precast driven piles. The collaboration with Tervoort’s Bouwbedrijf was particularly pleasant and effective, ensuring a quick start to the project.

To comply with local weight restrictions, the foundation machine was transported without the piling hammer, which was delivered separately and assembled on site. The project involved driving precast driven piles for a detached house with a garden wall adjacent to the sidewalk and public road. Thanks to the effective cooperation and communication with our partner Tervoort’s Bouwbedrijf, the project proceeded exceptionally smoothly.

Meticulous pile driving

For this project, cables and pipelines were mapped to prevent damage. Several pile positions were adjusted to avoid conflicts with underground infrastructure.
