When complete, the complex will have two buildings. One of the buildings will have 66 places for psycho-geriatric care, while the other will contain 51 assisted-living units for people who can generally live independently. Linking the two wings is the transparent meeting space, which offers a pleasant view of the garden and greenery. This is where the entrance hall, reception and restaurant (with veranda and terrace front and rear) can be found.
The new complex is scheduled for completion in November 2020. The current residents are being temporarily housed in a former care home in Overveen.
