Your duties
As an All-round Welder at Vroom Funderingstechnieken, you will work on foundation tubes, drilling tools and wear parts that are used daily for piling and drilling operations throughout the Netherlands.
Your duties include:
- Submerged arc welding (SAW) of foundation tubes and drilling tools
- MIG/MAG welding for additional connections and repairs
- Hardfacing and repairing wear parts on drilling tools and tubes
- Preparing, aligning and finishing steel components
- Inspecting weld seams in accordance with our quality standards
- Working with modern welding equipment and manipulators
You will work in our well-equipped workshop in Zuidoostbeemster, together with colleagues within plant and equipment management.

Who are you?
- You hold a welding qualification (SAW and/or MIG/MAG)
- You have MBO level mechanical engineering or equivalent
- You have experience welding thick-walled pipes or heavy structural work
- You have experience with SAW and ISO9606-1 certificates are a strong advantage (or the motivation to learn this)
- Minimum VCA Basic
- You work accurately, safely and with a strong focus on quality
