Project Manager

Your responsibilities

As a project manager at Vroom Funderingstechnieken, the all-rounder in pile systems and prefab foundation structures, you will coach foundation teams and subcontractors, anticipate the schedule, and coordinate the materials required for the project. It is your responsibility to ensure that the work is delivered on time and successfully, and that the processes seamlessly integrate, with the goal of effective and efficient execution of the assigned construction projects.

A safe and tidy construction site is second nature to you, including conducting workplace inspections and toolbox talks. Additionally, you are responsible for proper administration in terms of equipment, materials, resources, personnel, and time. You monitor budgeting and oversee the quality of services and materials delivered, as well as the progress of the schedule.

Who are you?

  • You have HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a background in construction and/or foundation technology;
  • Several years of work experience in a result-responsible function with a project-based character;
  • Proven qualities in the operational management of a production department;
  • Good social, communication, and administrative skills in Dutch;
  • Good command of English is a plus;
  • You think in terms of solutions and possibilities;
  • You are goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and a team player.
