We are looking for a right-hand person to support our project leaders in preparing the challenging projects of Vroom Betonbouw from A to Z.
Who are we?
Vroom Betonbouw is a specialist and offers a total package in prefabricated foundation constructions and pile systems. As we are all-rounders, we can offer potential economic alternatives to develop a well-thought-out concept. If desired, we design and calculate the proposed foundation construction.
Your duties
As a project preparer, you are the link between the client, suppliers, our project leader, and the construction teams outside. You are responsible for an effective and efficient preparation of assigned projects. You prepare the work, maintain project files, provide necessary documentation, and support the project leaders. Additionally, you call off materials, make project agreements, and inform the executing operators and installers. You lead the engineering process of the projects and work closely with the constructor and 3D modeller. For engineering, we use BIM (Building Information Model).
Who are you?
- You have an MBO level of work and thinking with a background in construction or relevant knowledge acquired through work experience;
- Experience in managing a project administration;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;
- You think in terms of solutions and possibilities, and you have good technical and practical insight;
- Available part-time or full-time (minimum 24 hours).
