BRL 2800 certificate confirms quality and reliability

With great enthusiasm, Raymond Dekker on behalf of Vroom has signed the certification assignment at KIWA Nederland, which will certify the assembly process of prefab elements at the construction site.

The production of the prefab elements was previously certified by KIWA. By additionally certifying the assembly process on the construction site, the entire process is now certified. This step marks the beginning of the admission study, conducted by an auditor from KIWA. Along with Raymond Dekker, Sandro Pronk and Albert Strijk from Vroom are also intensively involved in this certification process. This ensures justified confidence in the quality assurer and thus offers our clients additional assurance.

The construction sector is at a crucial point with the introduction of the new Quality Assurance for Building Act (Wkb), which sets higher quality standards. Vroom distinguishes itself in this changing market with the KOMO process certificate according to BRL 2800 for the ‘Assembly of structural prefab concrete elements’. This certificate proves that Vroom as an assembly company meets the strict requirements of BRL 2800 in mounting structural prefab concrete elements, ensuring a guaranteed quality that stands out in the market.

BRL 2800 is essential within the Dutch construction sector and specifically sets high standards for foundation technology. This Assessment Guideline determines the standards for designing, testing, implementing, and monitoring the quality of foundation work, with a wide range of techniques and materials for a safe and reliable foundation construction. Compliance with BRL 2800 is a must for any company active in foundation work, as it guarantees both certification and demonstrable expertise and reliability in the field.
