The new Oegstgeest neighbourhood Nieuw Rhijngeest will ultimately include 1,100 homes. We will be involved with the construction of 74 town houses. The neighbourhood is located between the Oude Rijn river and the A44 freeway near Leiden.
The insertion of more than 600 prefab CFA piles and the mounting process of 350 prefab foundation beams will be carried out by Vroom.
Multiple sub-plans
In addition to the 74 homes, we will take care of the complete foundation for 53 homes, 49+2 homes and 33 apartments.
