Outside Van der Valk in Houten we are making the foundations for an extension to the hotel. For this project we are using the HEK screw pile system.

Over the next two years some hard work will be going into the extension to the Van der Valk hotel in Houten. The extension to the existing building will measure 15 metres in width and 60 metres in height. This extension will accommodate no fewer than 40 extra rooms, a cellar for storage, a parking deck, wellness facility and swimming pool on the 14th floor, a complete fitness room on the 15th floor and a sky bar on the top floor.
