Hyde Park Building 29 “Knightsbridge”

In Hoofddorp, we are currently installing the precast driven piles for the Hyde Park Building 29 “Knightsbridge” project.

In December 2022, Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling signed the collaboration agreement for the Knightsbridge project. Located 12 minutes from the Amsterdam Zuidas and 4 minutes from Schiphol Airport, the new Hyde Park district is being constructed near Hoofddorp station. The development will encompass a total of approximately 3,800 apartments within a vibrant urban park setting that includes retail outlets, dining establishments, and terraces. The buildings will be constructed in various phases. The Knightsbridge block, consisting of 406 luxury apartments, is being undertaken by Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling. A significant portion of the apartments features private outdoor spaces, and each resident will have access to the beautifully landscaped inner courtyard.

Contemporary urban design

The Knightsbridge block comprises upscale apartments of varying sizes, distinguished by splendid outdoor areas. Designed by renowned landscape architect Piet Oudolf, the stunning inner courtyard and attractive outdoor spaces define the character of the Knightsbridge block. Oudolf draws inspiration from the surrounding flora and the changing seasons in the Haarlemmermeer region for his designs in Hyde Park. This approach fosters a unique connection throughout Hyde Park between urban density and the natural environment.
