Civil engineers Koopmans Bouwgroup from Enschede is working on the De Veste project that is made up of three modern, stylish residential buildings. Two of those will accommodate a total of 24 luxury apartments and 4 penthouse suites. To support this, our facility in Wijchen has installed 94 concrete mortar screw piles.

Concrete mortar screw piles are by no means the exception in Gelderland. The system is vibration-free, which is a more than suitable system for the soil there. Once the individual piles are in situ the concrete takes 5 days to cure. At that point the concrete has enough strength that the piles can be tested for acoustic continuity. Once this has been done and all the piles are found to be in order, building can start.

Gas-free

The dwellings will use resources other than gas, be fitted with sustainable heating and ventilation units and will get a high-quality, de luxe finish. The residents will have plenty freedom in the layout, finishing and furnishing of their apartment or penthouse. Each dwelling will have its own parking space.
