The project envisages 18 spacious houses, with each house having a sizeable footprint requiring the necessary foundations, a considerable number of driven piles per building. The foundation of each building will ensure that sturdy foundation beams, up to a metre long, will be needed. For all areas under the house to be accessible via the access hole, recesses (holes) have been made in the foundation beams, through which it is possible to creep should there be anything wrong with the services that run under the building.
