Ultimately, the project will cover 93 luxury homes in various categories in the style of the 1930s. We drove the first pile into the ground on 30 January.

In Schiedam’s Kethel area Dura Vermeer is developing the unique Schiedamse Meesters residential area. The new neighbourhood is being built on the former Kethel sports field. Vroom is installing the pre-fab driven piles for the first 52 homes.
