The 380 student homes will be built on the NDSM site, right next to the Kraanspoor building, and will function as the next step of the NDSM site conversion project. In between the large monumental hangars and docks, Nieuwdok NDSM will be built. The ROC TOP will occupy a large part of the building.

For the housing and study location for ROC students in Amsterdam, we have applied 300 vibro piles. The piles measure a maximum length of 26 m. Construction activities are being carried out by Kondor Wessels. The piles are being realized and cast in-situ.
