307 parking spaces are being created on the adjacent land. The logistics centre is being developed to modern requirements and technical specifications, including 12.2m headroom, flat floors, an efficient LED lighting system and solar panels on the roof. This is all in line with the standards for BREEAM ‘Very Good’ status.

508 vibrated piles
At the Borchwerf industrial estate we have installed 508 vibrated piles for a brand new distribution centre on the Oude Roosendaalsebaan in Oud Gastel. The distribution centre is being built by Aannemersbedrijf Vrolijk and covers a logistics warehouse with an area of 28,084 m², 1,085 m² of office space and a mezzanine floor with an area of 2,480 m².
