Catan, 30 Seconds, Regenwormen and Carcassonne: resonant names of games they produce that you may well have heard of. On behalf of Unibouw, we are making vibrated HBF-type piles for the new distribution centre and office of 999 Games, the publisher and distributor of board and card games.

This new-build project, next to the A6 in Almere, will soon bring 999 Games more flexibility.
New distribution centre and office
This project features an imposing production hall with a floor area of some 5,000 m2 and reaching a height of 17 m. This height gives 999 Games the advantage that it can store 15 per cent more stock compared with the standard height of 14.5 m. This is a significant benefit, as this means the company will have extra space to store goods and materials efficiently. With this expansion, the company can continue to optimise its distribution arm in response to the growing demand from customers. Also being built is a high-end, very extensive office with a floor area of 1,500 m2. That building will be on four levels and will be fitted with comfortable workstations in an open-plan configuration with many glass partitions and increased acoustic comfort. Moreover, the new canteen and its adjacent covered decking, a showroom and a video room give the building a very modern look and feel.
