We are currently in the process of drilling concrete screw piles for our client RvB Infra Harderwijk. With a team of four colleagues, a pile-driver, mini-excavator, pallet jack and a lot of other equipment we are making over 840 piles.

The new De Boeg business park is being built on the site of the former MEOB land on the Haarlemmerstraatweg in Oegstgeest. In the near future there will be a wide range of companies represented on the site, including a garden centre, wood and timber trader, multi-tenant offices, and a DIY and home improvement store. The business park will be easily accessible due to its situation, right next to the A44 motorway, giving it a direct connection to both Amsterdam and The Hague.

Gas-free business park

The De Boeg project is one of the first ‘gas-free’ business parks in the Netherlands. The companies represented on the site will each purchase an interest in solar panels, and a number of GSHPs (ground-source heat pumps) will be installed on-site. This means that the site will be able to operate entirely independently of the gas grid. On behalf of Stadsruim, a project-management consultancy for land development, RvB Group was instructed to perform all civil engineering and construction work for the by-pass and improvement of a number of business parks.
