De Toorop project – 66 apartments

We are working on the foundations for the new De Toorop apartment building in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The apartment complex, with 66 apartments, is being built on a former office site on the Jan Tooropstraat.

De Toorop is a complex comprising 66 starters’ apartments and 40 parking spaces, spread over 7 stories with a semi-sunken car park space, being built by Friso Civiel. Because the building has been designed with an eye for detail, the finished product will be a high-quality apartment block. The building has seven residential stories and contains generally three-room apartments with an average floor space of 68 square metres. Each apartment has either a balcony or terrace. There is also a collective inner-courtyard garden. The apartments are expected to be completed in the first half of 2020.
