Vroom Funderingstechnieken (Vroom Foundation Technology) is making the piles vertically, while Vroom Betonbouw is working on the horizontal concrete foundation beams. Once everything has been made and installed, the foundations will be made up of 1,343 pre-cast piles and beams. We are happy that HSB Bouw has, once again, opted for a combined project.

A special neighbourhood is being created between the Hoofdvaart, Spoorlaan and business parks De President and the Oude Bennebroekerweg: Lincolnpark. This estate will encompass around 800 dwellings. Phase 1 comprises 225 social-housing rental homes for people with prioritised housing needs and immigrants with a residence permit.

Phase 1

In phase 1 of the Lincolnpark project, housing authority Eigen Haard will be building 177 low-rise residential properties (back-to-back houses, ground-floor flats/maisonettes and detached houses) and four 'villas’ split into a total of 48 apartments. The neighbourhood will gain a green, 'water-abundant’ character and will be built using sustainable principles. That means that the dwellings will not have connections to the gas-distribution grid. The buildings will have solar panels on the roofs. Sustainability and innovation are at the forefront of this project.
