Fulfilment distribution centre

Under the authority of Van Wijnen, we have started the production process of over 2,100 vibro piles in the Waalhaven industrial area. They will deliver the capacity for a huge distribution enter of a well-known retailer that will be established in Waalwijk.

We are using three rigs in order to insert over 2,100 piles. We are processing four different pile diameters and lengths. The piles are being realized on-site so that we require fewer heavy transport actions to the site. The piles are being made by inserting a temporary framework (steel pipe) into the ground and placing concrete and a reinforcement basket into it. Subsequently, we pull the framework out to use it again.
