Pontkade Phase 3 is part of the development of the NDSM site in the northern district of Amsterdam. Parcel 9B will be the site for the following units: 208 dwellings, a double-decker underground car park, storage units and a communal bicycle storage facility. 850 m2 of commercial space and 1600 m2 of offices.
The NDSM site will ultimately house 4,000 dwellings of all shapes and sizes and, as a result, will become an attractive and lively neighbourhood full of everyday amenities, in a unique location.
