2021 will see the advent of new houses and apartments in the Van der Goesstraat and the Van Schuijlenburchstraat in Delft. Vroom will be providing the foundations for this using a range of pile systems, and will be placing pre-cast foundation elements.

BAM Wonen is developing and building 68 apartments and 23 detached houses on the Van der Goesstraat and Schuijlenburchstraat in Delft on behalf of the Vidomes housing association. The energy-efficient apartments and houses, some of which will be ‘zero meter usage’ homes in the social housing sector, will be built on the site previously occupied by 86 maisonettes that have been demolished.

Differing pile systems

Vroom Funderingstechnieken (Vroom Foundation Technology) offers a complete range of pile systems and pre-cast concrete structures. We were also able to offer economical alternatives for this project. The combination of DPA-PLUS screw piles, vibrated piles, pre-cast driven piles and pre-cast foundation elements ensures that costs will be low and lead times short, with less heavy-goods movements and less noise pollution.
