The screwed DPA piles are an advanced solution for the new construction of office building YOUROWN and apartment complex De Kaaij. These piles are produced on-site with minimal preparation time and reduced transportation movements, contributing to more efficient and environmentally friendly construction. The low-vibration and noise-friendly production process is essential when building near damage-sensitive adjoining structures, minimizing the risks of damage due to settlement, vibrations, and noise pollution.
